The delivery times provided are estimated timeframes, which may be affected by external factors beyond Poucherz's control, such as high demand from shipping companies, mobility restrictions, weather conditions, road closures, or force majeure events.
In these cases, Poucherz does not intervene in the carrier's logistics operation, but will provide support and assistance to customers for managing claims, information requests, or tracking shipments with the corresponding shipping company.
Order preparation, dispatch, and delivery processes are carried out Monday through Friday, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
For operational purposes, orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on business days may begin their preparation and dispatch process the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day, without affecting the maximum delivery times stated in this policy.
We currently work with Servientrega as our primary shipping company to ensure safe and reliable deliveries nationwide.
The nationwide shipping cost is $20,000 COP (flat rate), regardless of the destination within Colombia.
