Data Processing Policy

This policy applies to all persons who provide their data to, and/or interact with, Poucherz and any of its websites (snuscolombia.co and pouchescolombia.co), as customers, suppliers, contractors, partners, employees, among others, through electronic means, non-face-to-face interactions, or physical points of sale.

Authorization for Data Processing

By submitting purchase offers, buying through our website, or establishing civil, commercial, or employment relationships with Poucherz, the data subject freely, previously, and voluntarily authorizes the processing of their personal data, including: name, identification, marital status, phone numbers, email, address, city, profession, employer, financial data, credit behavior, cards, and personal and employment references.

Purpose of Processing

The authorized processing includes the use, registration, storage, processing, and disposal of the data provided for:

Poucherz does not collect or process personal data from minors. In case data is received by error, it will be deleted immediately.

Personal data may be stored and processed on servers located outside of Colombia. Poucherz guarantees that international data transfer complies with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.

Data Retention Periods

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing and/or while legal or contractual obligations exist. Upon completion of such periods, the data will be deleted from our databases.

  • Revoke authorization and/or request deletion of their data.

About Collected Data
